Yes, PIX4Dcatch offers a 14-day free introductory offer when you sign up for a subscription via the Apple Store. If you cancel before the introductory period ends, you won't be charged for the next month.

Pix4D accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and wire transfers for 3-year licenses.

Can I purchase just one month?

Yes, PIX4Dcatch subscriptions can be renewed

Is the NTRIP connection included in my PIX4Dcatch subscription?

No, the NTRIP connection service is not included. While PIX4Dcatch supports RTK connections via NTRIP for enhanced accuracy, an external subscription to an NTRIP service provider is required. Please check with your preferred NTRIP service provider for subscription details.

Can I get trained on the software?

Can I purchase Cloud processing for a PIX4Dcatch license?

Yes, if you have subscribed to a PIX4Dcatch professional license and plan to use online processing, you will also need to subscribe to a PIX4Dcloud user account.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time from your Pix4D user account. Any changes, including cancellations, will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not auto-renew, and you will not be billed at the end of the current cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
