The Pix4D 2023 User Conference: what’s coming up
Hola! We can’t wait to welcome you to the Pix4D User Conference in Madrid from June 13 - 15, 2023. If you haven’t been to a Pix4D User Conference, check out our highlights of the 2022 event in Denver, Colorado.
This year, our event will be split into two separate parts: the workshop and the conference. Our workshops include the PIX4Dmatic & PIX4Dsurvey Essentials course, in addition to our PIX4Dmapper Essentials workshop as well as our PIX4Dmapper in-depth workshop.
Next, the main conference itself will take place on June 15th, where we will hear from keynote speakers, Pix4D insiders, and industry experts about how the technology is in use and developing to meet ever-changing demands across dozens of industries.
The agenda for the 2023 Conference!
Our event will be opened with a speech from Alexis Castilla, our Madrid office manager, after which he will introduce Pix4D’s CEO and co-founder, Dr. Christoph Strecha.
After the opening remarks, various Pix4D members will present the latest developments in the technology and how we are adapting to current user demands. We will cover everything from the use of LiDAR and photogrammetry in construction to the challenges of automation.
Following a lunch break, conference attendees will be invited to watch keynote presentations by people from varying industries, with some from differing sectors happening at the same time in separate rooms.
The presentations will go on throughout the afternoon, with coffee breaks to move between sessions and chat to other attendees. The User Conference will end with a closing speech by Pix4D which will be followed by a networking session with tapas provided!
Highlights to look forward to!
As in previous years, we will be hearing from the dedicated Pix4D Training Team, who will share stories about lessons learned the heard way that we have seen over the years.
In addition, there will be several rounds of the Pix4D Quiz to test your knowledge and see if you can beat the crowd - over the three rounds we host the quiz, there will be a winner each time! The team will then be on-hand afterwards to answer questions from the quiz or wider Pix4D knowledge queries.
Our preliminary agenda is live including the Pix4D team sharing the latest updates and what's coming next, and expert speakers showcasing their extraordinary applications of Pix4D solutions - expect to hear from professionals in inspection, engineering, surveying. Pix4D’s range of target industries will all feature in some way at the event, giving us a chane to share knowledge between experts and hear from you as well.
